  Excellent piece highlighting the potential innovations (and pitfalls) of brands entering the social media world.
• Will Real-Time Change Facebook User Behavior?
  For me, Facebook is potentially a a much more attractive avenue for this than Friendfeed (and to a lesser extent, Twitter) BECAUSE you need to be connected to people to share content/statuses with them.
