If I had a phone, would I be pulling this lever?

    Yes because it would still be faster than dialing – and if you happen to be standing next to the unit, it’s a lot faster for them to track your location. I think that I’ll do both.

    Meanwhile, I’m wondering if the city feels the same way you do, because I’ve seen two boxes near my neighborhood with the same notice, which suggests that the city might be shutting these things down.
