+ What site’s video player would need slow motion? DanceJam, that’s what!

What would make dance jams hotter? Slow motion, naturally.

My friend Susie pointed me towards this little site called DanceJam.com - basically a YouTube for the do-it-yourself So You Think You Can Dance crowd - complete with dance-offs and I assume the occasional person getting served.

While I was watching this video for JT’s Sexy Back, I noticed a little turtle icon in the media player. I wasn’t immediately sure what it would do but seriously, how couldn’t I click it? Low and behold, it plays the video in slow motion so you can really appreciate watching that person freak it in front of their refrigerator.

Maybe this isn’t the only player to have this functionality (I would like to think this has hit the sports highlights player market) but I thought it was particularly well implemented here, even down to the playfulness of the icon.

Now stop reading and go practice some moves!
