… from Interaction08 in Savannah (btw, I am getting more and more dismayed that I wasn’t able to go this year) about how the discipline has evolved from the earlier, more waterfall-like, approach to product development that seem to permeate the industry.
I particularly like the way he breaks down why we need sensibilities that cross over different disciplines and how, in fact, its that connective tissue that can lead to truly profound work.
