Gabby Hon’s post “Less Talking, More Doing” (sure to get some fired up) brilliantly captures the experience of dipping one’s toes in the IxDA mailing list (as well as many other similar lists I’ve tried over the years).

Interaction Designers/Information Architects/Whatever we’re calling them today have always displayed a strong propensity for pontificating about the different aspects of what we/they do - so much so that one might wonder how they have time to actually DO anything.

Let’s all heed Gabby’s call and get back to doing what got us here in the first place: designing.
