+ Is there such a thing as an “Un-Agency”?

Here’s a great post by David Armano on how agencies now find themselves in a position to have to evolve with the times or risk missing the bus. Having worked at a handful of agencies of different sizes and specialties, during varying economic times over the years, a lot of issues David raises sound very familiar. I think he correctly identifies the culture that is crafted and nurtured within the agency as one of the most important issues that is often underestimated in terms of importance and effort needed to do it successfully.

He links to a bunch of interesting articles and offers some more ideas as to what companies should be focusing on.
